Race Numbers

All pre-entries will be assigned a number. Your number will be assigned on Thursday morning, if you remember this number it will make collection super quick on the day.

To collect them you need to make your way down to the numbers desk between 5:30pm-6:15pm for the Move Mile and between 5:30pm-6:45pm for the 5k & 10k. It will take around 15 minutes to collect number and drop your bag off. The earlier you get there, the more efficient we will be on the day. You will only need one number attached to the front of your shirt. If you have your own pins then that would be great but we will have supplies if needed. Your timing chip will also be in the envelope, this needs to be attached to your shoe as per the instructions on the back of the chip. Please make sure you keep your number on at all times during the race. At the finish you can dispose of your chip (we do not need to collect them back).

When you collect your race packs, please take a couple of minutes to fill out the brief runner Information form which can be found printed on the back of your bib. This will help us greatly in case of an emergency!

You will find instructions on the back of your chip for how to attach it to your shoe correctly (as below):

There will be an informal baggage drop area for you to leave any belongings during the race however as the car park is within close proximity to the event village we recommend leaving anything valuable locked in your car.

There will be water provided on every lap of the race, and at the finish alongside bananas and of course the famous RunThrough flapjacks!
